The council is conducting 2 clean up days in the creek in 2004. In the past the creek was used as a garbage can and much of the man-made trash still needs to be removed. The first day started in the middle of the watershed and worked down stream. We had 15 volunteers! Among the items removed were three water heaters (2 were antique), pipe, lots of irrigation line cut by the law enforcement community but left to go into the creek, clothes, lots of metal. You would be amazed!
